Return & Refund Policy
At Gearco, we want to ensure a transparent experience for our customers. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Return Shipping Fees
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged or you received the wrong item, Gearco will provide a prepaid return label and cover all shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
4. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
6. Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
